I am a Polestar certified Pilates instructor with nearly twenty years of teaching experience. I began my Pilates adventure in Hong Kong in 2007, training at Isofit Studio- the Asia hub for Polestar teacher training. I was extremely lucky to learn from some of the best educators in the world, with instructors from Polestar HQ in the USA flying in to contribute to our teacher training programme.
My Pilates mantra is 'length, strength, stability'. I want you to leave class feeling tall, strong and powerful, having worked out in a way that makes you feel amazing for the rest of the day.
The natural benefits of Pilates include a greater sense of body awareness as well as improved alignment and posture, which leaves you looking and, more importantly, feeling great.
Classes at The Pilates Line are designed to challenge and invigorate at a safe and suitable level to help you get more out of life, whether it's making stairs less of a challenge, being able to brandish your tennis racquet with more power and control or enjoying a full day's skiing with no back ache. Joseph Pilates' incredible method is an amazing tool with which to transform a body. More than just building strength and flexibility, Pilates fundamentally changes the way you function physically; from walking, running or playing a sport to picking up your kids, carrying your bags, sitting at a computer...
