I am a Polestar certified Pilates instructor with fourteen years of teaching experience. My classes focus on developing long, lean muscles and strong, stable bodies. The natural benefits of this include a greater sense of body awareness as well as improved alignment and posture, which leaves you looking and, more importantly, feeling great.
I am committed to bringing the enormous rewards of regular Pilates practice to as many people as possible. Who doesn't delight in discovering they've got abs? And glutes! Or that their back doesn't ache after sitting at a desk all day? This isn't achieved with no effort and classes at The Pilates Line are designed to challenge and invigorate at a safe and suitable level, whilst encouraging a better understanding of how your body moves and responds to the physical challenges and demands that life throws at it.

Joseph Pilates' incredible method is an amazing tool with which to transform a body. More than just building strength and flexibility, Pilates fundamentally changes the way you function physically; from walking, running or playing a sport to picking up your kids, carrying your bags, sitting at a computer... There is nothing your body is required to do on a daily basis that does not benefit from Pilates. With a better understanding of how your body works and how best to utilise it, you can achieve stronger, leaner muscles, improved posture and greater flexibility.
